MALI: Corn Pudding

Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

3 tbl Melted butter
3 lrg Island eggs, beaten
3 tbl flour
2 tbl Sugar
1 can (16 oz) creamed corn
1 can (12 oz) whole kernel corn
8 oz evaporated milk

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients and pour into a buttered 1½ quart casserole.

Bake at 350 °F for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
